Several streets converge at the square in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The Court House is to the left of this area.
The Court House is on the north of the square in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Apparently traffic lights do not apply to pedestrians in Montego Bay--or so they think, as they cross on the red lights, disregarding wheeled traffic. The result is traffic congestion.
