1790 ALMANAC

The following TABLES are copied from the Minutes of the Committee of Privy Council on the SLAVE TRADE, therefore of the greatest authenticity, and, we think, highly interesting to our Readers.

An Account of the Number of Ships which have entered annually [1783 through 1787] in the several British West India Islands from AFRICA, with the number of NEGROES which were imported on board the same in each Year; and also the Negroes imported from other countries, together with the Negroes which were exported; distinguishing each Island. (N.B. This account was made up from accounts furnished by the Inspector General of the Imports and Exports to and from Great Britain.)
