This is the Last Will of me Wilhelmina Sarah Fraser, the wife of Leslie Leonidas Fraser of Saint Ann Bay, in the parish of Saint Ann, Fruit Dealer.

1st. I appoint my husband the said Leslie Leonidas Fraser, the Executor and Trustee of this my will, and guardian of my children.

2nd. I give to my friend Alfred Noris Dixon for past kindnesses all that piece of land situate in Harbour Street known as Lime Premises for himself absolutely.

All the rest and residue of my Estate real and personal, I give and devise to my husband but in trust for my children Edna Wilhelmina, Evelyn Grace and Florence Alexander respectively, in fee simple, as tenants in common with benefit of survivorship, in the nature of cross remainders, between them, as well(?) to original as accrued shares in the event of either of them dying without heirs, of their respective bodies.

Will of CLARA CHEVOLLEAU

This is the last Will of me Clara Chevolleau of the City and Parish of Kingston, Widow and relic of late Charles Arthur Chevolleau, deceased. I revoke all Wills, Codicils and Testamentary dispositions heretobefore made by me and declare this to be my last Will.

I appoint my son Joseph Arthur Stanislaus Chevolleau and my daughter Marie Corinne Veronica Chevolleau executrix of my Will.

I give devise and bequeath the one third share of certain property in the island of Cuba to which I'm entitled under the will of my late sister Marie Amanda Burger, deceased, to my sisters Angelina Burger, Spinster, and Elizabeth Vendryes (the wife of Peter Ernest Vendryes) their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in equal shares between them, but if the said Angelina Burger predeceases me then I give her share to the children of the said Elizabeth Vendryes, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in equal shares between them.

I give and bequeath to my said daughter Marie Corinne Veronica Chevolleau her executors, administrators and assigns all household furniture, silver, plated articles, linen, china, glass, watches, jewelry and trinkets and I declare that the last mentioned bequest shall comprise all effects though not strictly household which are applicable to personal or domestic use, ornament, occupation of diversion.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my said son Joseph Arthur Stanislaus Chevolleau and my daughter Marie Corinne Veronica Chevolleau their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in the following shares that is to say one third to the said Joseph Arthur Stanislaus Chevolleau and the other two thirds to the said Marie Corinne Veronica Chevolleau.

Will of FRANCIS GEORGE GARSIA

This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis George Garsia of the parish of Saint Andrew retired clerk in the Imperial Services of Up Park Camp, Jamaica.

I appoint my brother Wykeham Leith Manford Garsia and my daughter Evadne Eugenie Garsia Executor and Executrix of this my Will.

I devise and bequeath my premises called Hurstwood in the said parish of Saint Andrew with the household furniture and effects therein to my daughter Evadne Eugenie Garsia and Evelind Louise Garsia as tenants in common in fee simple.

Should there be sufficient cash in hand at my death I bequeath thereof after payment of my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses the sum of Fifty Pounds to my daughter Ida Annabel Angelica Escoffery and the sum of Five Pounds to my son Alvin Garsia. In case there should be a deficiency of cash in hand I declare that the said legacies of Fifty Pounds and Five Pounds respectively shall abate proportionately.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal I devise and bequeath as to my personal estate to the said Evadne Eugenie Garsia and Ethlind Louise Garsia equally to be divided between them and as to my real estate to the said Evadne Eugenie Garsia and Ethlind Louise Garsia equally as tenants in common in fee simple.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 17th. day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Will of WILLIAM BUCHANAN

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Buchanan of Bower Hall in the Parish of Hanover, Planter. I revoke all former Wills heretofore made by me and declare:

1st. I devise that after all my lawful debts and funeral expenses have been paid from my Life Insurance Policy (if any) the remaining portion shall fall to my daughter Mary Elvira Buchanan.

2nd. I give and bequeath to my wife Frances Buchanan 10 acres of land from my Property Bower Hall. But in the event of her claiming her right to Dower as aforesaid or in anyway molesting or interfering with the Dower thereof the devise herein contained to the said Frances Buchanan shall be null and void and I hereby devise the land the only set matter thereof shall fall into and pass under the residuary devise hereinafter mentioned.

3rd. I give and bequeath to my lawful son William Edward Buchanan 12½ (twelve and one half) acres of land the remaining portion on my property called Bower Hall.

4th. I give and bequeath to my wife Frances Buchanan my dwelling house and household furniture on my said property called Bower Hall for her natural life.

5th. I give and bequeath in fee simple to my lawful daughter Ophelia Leotine Crooks one acre of land from my property adjoining Bower Hall called "Wiloon's Land" and the remaining one acres of the said property to my sister Diana Buchanan for her natural life and after her death the said one acre shall be equally divided between her two children Ellen Samuels and Samuel Christie.

6th. I also give and bequeath my property at Prospect Mountain containing ten acres of land to my two lawful daughters Mary Elvira Buchanan and Ophelia Leoline Crooks to share and share alike.

7th. I further give and bequeath my Shop premises and it's contents to my daughter Mary Elvira Buchanan and I also devise that she shall have peaceful possession of her present room in the dwelling house at Bower Hall until her removal therefrom.

8th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Ophelia Leoline Crooks one mule by name Irene.

9th. I give and bequeath to my brother Richard Crooks for his natural life my property at Middlesex containing one and three quarters acres of land and after his death the said property shall fall to my son Adolphus Buchanan.

10th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Elvira Buchanan the remaining two mules and to my wife Frances Buchanan the remaining two mules Minnie and Sampson.

11th. I also give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Elvira Buchanan my buggy and harness for her sole use and benefit.

12th. It is also my desire that the mule cart and the remaining two mules shall be kept on my property Bower Hall under the care and management of my said son William Edward Buchanan.

13th. I request that my wearing apparel be equally divided among Isaac Vernon, James Henry Vernon and Samuel Christie.

I hereby nominate and appoint Charles Buchanan as the sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.

Will of the HONOURABLE GEORGE ALEXANDER LORENZ SANFTLEBEN

This is the last will and testament of me, THE HONOURABLE GEORGE LORENZ SANFTLEBEN of Lucea in the Parish of Hanover, Custos Rotulorum and Merchant.

I hereby revoke all former Wills Codicils and Testamentary Dispositions made by me and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.

I appoint my brother HUGH ANTHONY SAMUEL SANFTLEBEN of Eaton Penn in the Parish of Hanover, Planter as the Executor and my wife AUGUSTA SANFTLEBEN as the Executrix respectively of this my Will, and the Trustees of this my Will for the purpose of the Settled Land Laws of Jamaica.

I give and devise to MISS KATHERINE ISABEL LEE of Lucea in the Parish of Hanover my two properties called or known by the name of "Seafield" and "Negro Bay" respectively situate in the Parish of Hanover in fee simple.

I give and bequeath to the said KATHERINE ISABEL LEE the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds free of all Legacy and other death duties whatsoever.

I give and bequeath to my sister ANNA ROGERS (the wife of J.J. ROGERS of the Parish of Saint Andrew) the sum of Five Hundred Pounds free of all Legacy and other death duties whatsoever.

All the rest residue and remainder of my estate real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever situate of or to which I may die possessed or entitled I give devise and bequeath to my wife the said AUGUSTA SANFTLEBEN for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after the death of my said wife I give devise and bequeath the same to my daughter LILIAN DUFF as to the realty in fee simple and as to the personalty absolutely.

Whereas my wife the said AUGUSTA SANFTLEBEN and the said KATHERINE ISOBEL LEE and my daughter the said LILIAN DUFF and myself propose to leave the Island of Jamaica during the current year of One thousand nine hundred and twenty-five on a visit to England and whereas it is further proposed that the said AUGUSTA SANFTLEBEN the said KATHERINE ISOBEL LEE the said LILIAN DUFF and myself should travel together both on the journey from Jamaica to England and on the journey from England back to Jamaica Now I Declare and Direct that in the event of the said AUGUSTA SANFTLEBEN the saidKATHERINE ISABEL LEE the said LILIAN DUFF and myself happening to die on the voyage from Jamaica to England or on the voyage from England back to the Island of Jamaica then I give devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever situate of or to which I shall be possessed on entitled at the time of my death unto my brother the said HUGH ANTHONY SAMUEL SANFTLEBEN and my sister CHARLOTTE HEYLIGER (the wife of N. (or W.) H. HEYLINGER of the City and Parish of Kingston, Clerk of the Kingston Court) and my sister the said ANNA ROGERS as tenants in common share and share alike as to the real estate in fee simple and as to the personal estate absolutely.

This is the Last Will and Testament of the Honourable George Alexander Lorenz Sanftleben late of Lucea in the Parish of Hanover Merchant deceased referred to in teh Oath of Executors of Hugh Anthony Samuel Sanftleben and Augusta Sanftleben sworn the Sixteenth day of January 1928 and hereunto annexed.

Will of AUBREY EGERTON GARSIA

Jamaica SS. This is the Last Will and Testament of me Aubrey Egerton Garsia of the City and Parish of Kingston and Island of Jamaica.

Firstly I direct that all my just debts, personal and testamentary expenses be fully satisfied.

I devise and bequeath unto my wife Edith Alethia Rosamond all my real and personal estate I may own at the time of my decease, and my real estate which I am known to possess at the time of making this Will being numbered 101, 101A and 101C Orange Street and which is mentioned in certain Deed of Conveyance dated the sixth day of June 1895, made between Helen Amelia Hylton and Aubrey Egerton Garsia of the City and Parish of Kingston and Island of Jamaica and recorded in the Island Record Office on the 25th. day of June 1895, Liber New Series 90, Folio 354 with land measuring from North to South 50 feet and from East to West 150 feet more or less as described in the foregoing Deed of Conveyance. This bequeath of my real estate to my wife Edith Alethia Rosamond is subject to the following conditions, namely: that should the desire during her life time to see of dispose of same in fee simple, the sum of thirty pounds is to be paid to my sister Margaret Sarah Garsia, twenty pounds to my stepson Egerton Maitland Hill, and ten pounds to my late wife's nephew - John Cox Sullivan. Whilst the aforesaid premises remain unsold a weekly allowance of three shillings from the rents is to be given to my sister - herein named, such weekly allowance will be discontinued to my sister of receipt by her of the thirty pounds in lieu.

That in the event that my said wife Edith Alethia Rosamond departing this life without having disposed of my real estate by sale, I direct that the same be sold by private sale of at public auction such as my executor may consider most advisable, in which case I devise that the sum of ten pounds be paid to my sister Adrianna Octavius Lindo Garsia, and a further sum be paid to the foregoing named beneficiaries in addition to the amounts herein bequeathed to them namely to my sister Margaret Sarah Garsia, thirty pounds, to my stepson Egerton Maitland Hill, fifty pounds, and to my late wife's nephew John Cox Sullivan, ten pounds sterling money of Jamaica My wife Edith Alethia Rosamond during her lifetime to have the right and power to dispose of the residue by Will or otherwise to any legatee or legatees she may desire to bequeath same to after paying the claims of the Kingston Loan Board. The legal and all necessary expenses to be paid out of the purchase money arising from the sale of my said real estate and as a cost against such estate.

Should my sister Margaret Sarah Garsia depart this life without having received the sum herein bequeathed to her, the whole or any portion remaining unpaid at the time of her decease shall go to my stepson Egerton Maitland Hill, his heirs or assigns in the same manner as the said Margaret Sarah Garsia would become entitled to receive the herein mentioned legacy had she lived.

I also direct that notwithstanding the bequests to the herein before named beneficiaries my wife Edith Alethia Rosamond is vested with full power after my decease to sell or dispose of my real estate in fee simple by Deed of Conveyance or other legal document with her signature only, and without the consent or signatures thereto of any of the beneficiaries herein named.

And I appoint John Cox Sullivan and my wife Edith Alethia Rosamond as executor and executrix of this my last Will and Testament, and revoke all previous Wills by me at anytime heretofore made.

I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore by me made.

I give devise and bequeath unto my said son Kenneth M. Cocking all my estate real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate for himself as to so much thereof as shall consist of realty in fee simple and as to so much thereof as shall consist of personalty absolutely.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Percival Joseph Le Mercier duQuesnay of the parish of Saint Andrew, Insurance Clerk.

I appoint my son Harold Aubrey Le Mercier duQuesnay of the parish of Saint Andrew, Clerk, to be the Executor of this my Will.

I give and bequeath the sum of Sixty Pounds (£60-0-0) to the Saint Vincent de Paul Society for Charity to the Poor and I direct my Executor to pay over the said sum to that Society.

All the rest and residue of my Estate, real and personal, I give devise and bequeath to my Wife Eugenie Cephaline Le Mercier duQuesnay absolutely.

I direct my Executor to sell my premises No. 44 Laws Street and No. 81 Water Lane in the City and Parish of Kingston, immediately after my death and from the proceeds of such sale and from any rent received therefrom in the meanwhile I bequeath the following legacies.

I direct my Executor to pay the various legacies before mentioned free of all duty and all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate both Real and Personal I give devise and bequeath to the said Robert Donald Melbourne Garcia absolutely but I charge the same with the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.
