The room I was in the habit of hiring should continue to be hired out and rents and profits to be distributed between ELIZABETH BENTLY, MARGARET ANDERSON and MARY CATHERINE PENSTON of Kingston free persons of colour, after the decease of Cecilia Ann Gibson Miles and Elizabeth Ann Miles.

It is my wish that my Negro woman named MARY ANN GIBSON MILES do live and attend in the house as in my lifetime and in case she refuses to do so remain that then and in such case (her executors are to sell and dispose of her) and execute such deeds of conveyance to the purchaser, and purchase another woman to be put in her stead.
