I Robert Litherland of Grosvenor, Portland:
1. Revoke all former wills and testaments.
2. Appoint Alexander Richard Boor and Leopold Musgrave Corbett executors of this my will.
3. Direct that £300 be placed in a Bank for the credit of my daughter Mavis Kathleen Litherland for her education at the Roman Catholic Convent, Duke Street, Kingston, to be drawn by the signatures of Mother Superior (or her appointee) and any one of the above executors.
