In the records of the Admiralty there is some correspondence from James Pakenham, the naval commander in Jamaica in 1786. He had ordered five doctors on board the ship "Europa" to examine Captain Fisher who was clearly going mad. Among these doctors was James Walker MD, MRP, who was permanently in Jamaica. This is possibly this Dr. Walker.
