Written in the 46th year of Queen Victoria's reign.

To the 3 children of my late 1st wife EMMY A. HENRY, viz: FRANCES WILDMAN, HARRY HENRY, JOSEPH HENRY 3 1/2 acres on the western side of the district. It is my decision that the 3/4 acre comprising the market place should be entirely MRS. FRANCES WILDMAN's and her son JOHN CLARKE's.

My illegitimate son THOMAS HENRY is to have a house spot adjoining the saddler shop on the main road.

To UNFORTUNATE FARQUHAR the fourth child of my 1st wife, 1 of the 8 acres on the eastern side of the district.

I give 6 3/4 acres of land to the 8 children of my 2nd wife ANN HENRY.

Each of my 2 grandsons THOMAS ELLIS WILLIAMS and BENJAMIN SKEET to have a coconut tree on the said property.

To the MISSIONS CHURCH at WILDMAN'S GIFT also a coconut tree.

All the shops to be under the full control of my daughter FRANCES WILDMAN to support herself and my children who are deserving.
