I give to my sons SAMUEL CONSTANTINE BURKE and EDWARD ESTERNET BURKE my law library and office furniture.

I direct my Executor and executrix to lay out £600 in the purchase of a house in trust for my sisters JULIA JANE BURKE, FRANCES CATHERINE BURKE, and MARY ELIZA BURKE during their natural lives and after the death of the last survivor it is to become part of my residual estate.

I give to my executors my share in house in Upper Church Street, Kingston, upon same trust for my sisters for life and after their death to my residuary estate.

All the rest of my estate I give to my dear wife SARAH CATHERINE BURKE, her heirs and executors in trust to take the profits and annual produce thereof for her own use during her life, and after her decease in trust for my children SARAH CONSTANCE (the wife of Captain Vincent Garland), CATHERINE PEYNADO (the wife of JOHN B. LUCIE SMITH), SAMUEL CONSTANTINE BURKE, EDWARD ESTERNET BURKE, HELEN LOUISE BURKE, and SPENCER THORNTON BURKE,and any other children which may hereafter be begotten by me with my wife.

The trustees are to invest the monies and proceeds [a list of approved investments is given].

I appoint my wife executrice, trustee, and guardian of my children who may be under age, and after her death each of my children as they reach the age of 21 years.
