Having settled the house and premises at #90 Duke St, Kingston on my daughters ELLA LUCILLIA BERRY and EMILY MAUD BERRY I give on my wife's death my other house #60 Duke St, Kingston to my other daughters LENA ETHEL BERRY and BLANCHE DIEDRICA BERRY.
My house #15 Duke St, Kingston, to my sons HERBERT GEORGE BERRY and CECIL NORMAN BERRY.
To my sons ALEXANDER BERRY and HERBERT GEORGE BERRY my share in the Jamaica Cooperative Die Insurance Co.
£1,200 to be shared by my said named children.
