NOTICE

EXCAVATION AT OLD HOLY TRINITY SITE

Excavation is being undertaken at 69 Duke Street, Kingston.  Formerly the site of the Holy Trinity, which was destroyed in the 1907 Earthquake.

There are several old tombstones dating back to the mid 19th century with the following names:

Marguerite De Roux
William Brennan
Anne D'Espinose
Claire Alinee
Jose Torrablas
Antonia Hausna
Mary Harvey  (2NO.)

Marguerite Rampac
Don Manuel Elgueta
Marie Louise J'Fossi
Captain John Ferri
Louise Pouyes  [perhaps Pouyat?]

Burial date 1812 - 1872

These may be viewed up to October 21, 1967 on application to the architect, Donald W. Brown, 11 Braemar Avenue, Kingston 10, Tel. 79309

Proven next of kin may remove tombstones at their own expense
